Corporate Knowledge Partner

It's always not enough to run a catchy add that says you are an expert. When dealing with savvy B2B buyers or value conscious B2C buyers, you need to prove your expertise. Proving you're the expert involves information - Structured Communication about your expertise to the world through white papers, e-books, videos, articles and case-studies.

In the information age, companies that provide information / best practices guides to customers and prospects gain the pull position with the buyers by setting themselves up as the knowledge leader. Companies that fail to add a knowledge component to their business to business marketing are living in an age that's gone and buried.

IICM invites you to share knowledge about your industry, your products and build more trust as an expert.

Consider the following points as you start;

  1. A knowledge publication is not a sales brochure. It instructs and informs the reader about principles and processes, not specific products. In short, your knowedge piece needs to have value all on its own.
  2. Initial credibility depends primarily on design and secondarily on diction. In other words, if your knowledge piece does not look and sound professional. It will not be perceived as professional.
  3. Keep communicating. When it's time to make a decision, customers are like anyone else. They remember those who recently communicated and shared information with them.
